About the school

Lincoln Academy has been educating students for over 200 years and is one of the oldest secondary schools in Maine. Originally established to prepare students for Bowdoin College (ranked #6 national liberal arts college), Lincoln’s purpose is to help students achieve their highest goals. Lincoln Academy is located in the Atlantic Ocean coast region, an area highlighted by beautiful scenery and a variety of cultural and environmental activities. Unique programs include Robotics, Digital Fabrication, Entrepreneurship and Leadership, Marine Biology. The new Applied Technology and Engineering Center began hosting classes in March 2015.
