San Domenico is the oldest independent high school in USA California. Its 515-acre campus has an organic garden, conservatory, riding stables, swimming pool and modern boarding facilities. The school boasts a nationally-recognized music conservatory and Virtuoso program to encourage classical music education, as well as a 3D Makers Lab for students interested in STEM. Housing and Dorms

The school offers on campus housing in a welcoming environment. Teachers and their families also live on campus providing 24h care for the students. Students live in family-oriented dormitories with their friends and Residential Faculty also known as Dorm Parents.  Unique to San Domenico is the locally grown organic food prepared daily, and weekend trips like kayaking in  Sausalito, shopping in Silicon Valley, or visiting museums in San Francisco. Dorms are equipped with washer/ dryer, computer labs, wireless internet access, laser printers, and kitchens that have full size shared refrigerators, a  microwave, and toaster oven. Lounges include overstuffed couches, rocking chairs, working fireplaces, satellite TV,  and DVD players.
