Sylvia Rozwadowska Co-Founder, CEO
Originally from Poland, Sylvia first came to the US as a foreign exchange student at Boston College. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Political Science, and has worked for the Polish Foreign Ministry and the European Union Institute in Poland. In 2011, she co-organized the MIT European Career Fair. Sylvia also serves as a contributing member of the Cambridge Neighborhood Association and a board director of Boston’s Polish Cultural Foundation. She’s lived in Boston for 15 years. Sylvia believes that education is the most efficient tool in creating world peace and prosperity. She created Cogito with the goal to make study in the USA available to students with a range of varying budgets and English language.
Jane Parris Education Consultant
Jane earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and Linguistics (magna cum laude) at Boston University, where she worked as a tutor for international and visually impaired students. After three years in academic publishing at The MIT Press, Jane completed her Master’s in English and returned to teaching. In 2010, she joined the English faculty at Phillips Exeter Academy‘s international summer program, where she teaches courses in essay writing, creative writing, grammar and ESL. With over ten years experience teaching and tutoring all ages, Jane is passionate about helping students discover joy and confidence as readers and writers.
Archil Cheishvili Senior Academic Advisor
A graduate of Harvard University, Archil hails from the Republic of Georgia. At Harvard, Archil studied economics and was the president of three student organizations, including Harvard College Entrepreneurship Forum (one of the oldest and largest student clubs). Archil worked at a premier hedge fund as an Investment Associate and started multiple companies. He has 4 years of college admissions consulting and tutoring experience.
Victoria Sanchez Academic Advisor
A current Harvard College student majoring in English, Victoria spent most of her life in the UK before completing her last two years of high school in Texas. She writes for the Harvard Crimson newspaper and Tuesday magazine. In addition, she participates in public service ventures like Circle of Women, whose goal is to promote and provide access to education for women in all countries. She also participates in Harvard’s public service organizations Southie After School tutoring program and Keylatch mentoring in South Boston, both aimed at facilitating future opportunities in education and personal growth in the youth of Boston.

A current Harvard College student majoring in Economics, Chen is originally from Suzhou, China.
