The school meets each student where they are and provides them with the tools they need to accomplish meaningful success. La Lumiere gives high school scholarships and the campus is located just 10 miles from the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan and 60 minutes from downtown Chicago. In this way, students are able to take advantage with weekend trips to the beaches, towns, and orchards nearby, and are also able to take day trips to Chicago.

Housing and Dorms

The school offers on campus housing in a welcoming environment. Teachers and their families also live on campus providing 24h care for the students. Two students per bedroom, some seniors can request single placement, faculty families live on campus in a dorm apartment which creates a family like ambiance.
